With over two decades of experience in schools and districts, I’ve helped more than 30 schools across 10 districts build and implement sustainable frameworks like MTSS, Ci3T, PBIS, and RTI.
I know the real-life challenges leaders face—competing priorities, limited resources, and the desire to support every student while keeping staff motivated and supported.
